Hud don't care where you are from or what you did on the field in HS. He is all about getting a kid to his camp putting the tape and stop watch on him and judging from his camp showing. He said on his show last night when talking about the recruitment of Elijah it was all about his camp performance. "We don't sign any kids that we don't get into our camp".

Correct, and to go where many on this board refuse to go, Once Desmo got injured, DF would have stepped in and led this team to a Bowl game. Desmo was a freakishly talented option QB. The Mighty Ragin Cajun Steamrolling Zone Option Freakshow began and ended with Desmo at QB. DF was the prototypical QB to run a true spread offense.

Correct, but if he were not slow played, this would not have been possible.

I watched those 2 play in erat against one another. It went multiple over times Des had a virus and should not have been playing. I remember him on the ground outside the huddle on hands and knees puking many times throughout the game. Dude was tough as nails. DF got the best of him that night, would have loved to see that match up with Des at 100%.

Condolences to DF and his in laws as I saw in the DA his grandfather in law just passed.

Well Etienne signed with Clemson we got Mitchell. I say UL coaches played their cards right with this one! Who really was stupid in this was LSU not offering either. Etienne was eventually offered by LSU after Clemson who offered the night after the national championship game.
After Etienne flipped from Texas A&M, where he committed first. But you are dead on concerning Mitchell.
