Tanner Holmes Transferring

It doesn't matter why he isn't leaving? He is a starter. One of our better defensive LB'ers. He's transferring after game 2. I don't think you have to put a whole lot of pieces together to figure out why.

It's either A: he was being replaced.
B: he was thrown under the HUD bus.
C: he doesn't get along with the coaches.

Interesting that his departure note doesn't say a word about the coaching staff..

You're missing the point. Tanner was easily our 2nd best linebacker. This defense just got worse.

He was out there most of the 4th quarter. Maybe they asked him to play hurt and didn't like the way he responded. I really have no idea on this one. The only time I ever spoke to the kid, he seemed to love it here. Idk

Or he was healthy and was ____ed that he was benched in favor of younger guys only to give up 66 points. Maybe he took it on the chin from the coaches in the film room after the first game and was benched this game only to have the defense fair worse. Who knows. ____es me off that he does this at this time. Like you said, something must be wrong.
