I don't understand how you can have a QB at #2 on the depth chart who apparently can't throw a forward pass!

If we ever have Dion Ray at starting QB and we are NOT running a straight up option offense, I'm out as a fan and a booster until we change coaches.

Dion Ray is a RB/FB/LB. Nothing else.

We should change the title of this thread to "Hudspedth searching for answers, UL searching for new head coach."

Ray threw a beauty in the usm game that was dropped. I don't remember ever seeing him throw another one.

Dion Ray is a Helen Cox kid. We need to find him a spot on the field period. The last Helen Cox kid we had (some kid named Lawson) was a threat. Use these threats or quit recruiting them.

He doesn't want to play anything but QB and that is why he will get snaps in every game, regardless of how it effects the rhythm or momentum.

So does this this mean Hud is more interested in keeping a run only QB happy rather than doing what is in the best interest of the TEAM?

Apparently so, he did it last year as well. We had a different OC and starting QB.

Two teams we have played so far were about like us on defense though.

Giving up 51 and 42 points is not much different than the Cajuns on defense.
