Yep, I hate to see anyone lose their job but Hud has made enough money as Louisiana Football Coach.

Every season his teams are becoming more and more unprepared, poorly coached, undisciplined, and just not good....at all.

This is a fallacy expressed by most college football fan bases, which is why coaches get fired with a winning record. Everybody thinks they have the best facilities, recruiting bases and are unrealistic about their current talent. UL's budget ranks 9th in the SBC. That doesn't transcend into the best of much and it sure want attract the attention of more prestigious conferences. If UL wants to separate themselves from the SBC, maybe they should concern themselves with revenue generation rather than trying to separate with all the pseudo name game nonsense. Taking responsibility for yourself and discontinue blaming others for your shortcomings also helps.

UL does have the biggest football budget in the SBC, been documented by numbers in many threads. Still the only SBC team with an IPC and not many in G5. The APC is not only tops in the SBC, it's among the tops in G5 and most P5 teams.
