I don't like the incentive-based marketing to get students to the games. I want a disincentive system. I volunteer to run the "Ragin Cajun Hunger Games". I'm having my lawyers review my program, so forgive me for not providing details.

The New Orleans Saints started selling 50/50 tickets about two years ago. The pot is usually $30,000 to $40,000 (or more) each game. They give 50% to a different charity each game and some lucky fan gets to take $15,000/$20,000 home that they didn't show up with! The pot wouldn't be that big, but I don't think anyone would complain about winning $5,000/$10,000 and walking out of Cajun Field with that money in their pocket!
So I strongly disagree that doing a 50/50 would scream "High School" level! The Lottery doesn't get to be worth 700 million dollars because people aren't willing to take a chance and do a little gambling!
I wonder what 1/2 price beer in the 4th Q would do for student stamina.
Students will buy a 50/50 ticket or two than go tailgating and return after the last whistle blows.
