I took it so well when the Cajuns were losing consistently during the Jerry Baldwin era. I didn't get near as frustrated as I am now. I just have a hard time getting excited about going score for score with SLU.

At least we knew we sucked under Baldwin. We are constantly being told by Dud that we are taking the next steps and he has the team rolling.

Not so much, especially considering we probably did not pay Baldwin a total of 1 million the entire time he was here.

I agree CrappDaddy but is this the best we can do? Beat SLU? Look, I don't have visions of grandeur with this team but I believe they should at least be good enough to be at the top of the Sun Belt. It is the first game though. They will only get better this year.

Honestly, that's about where I'm at. I usually am really excited about football, and have been every single year since I was a student in 2002. Now I didn't think or get excited about it until today, and even that is debatable. I hope they turn things around and give me hope, but right now I feel like I'm just going through the motions
