This as good a time as any for me to make my semi-annual "Cajun Field needs a roof" post.
Cajun Field needs a roof over the seats.
No, we don't need a roof.
Many fans are done with Hud after last years Trump thing and calling most of Louisiana hypocrites. I expect poor attendance all year. 16800.
15000. Season tickets are off nearly 5000 from last year, between the economy, last year's flooding issues and our bone-headed coach.
19000.. announced 17500. Hud has a lot of proving to do. And the floods , economy, etc makes it a bad time for the gate.
18000 max. It's going to be a tough season.
People will be at the Superdome watching LSU.....16500
I don't think it has been mentioned, but could this game be canceled because of Harvey? I am reading and hearing that this hurricane could wreck havoc in SW Louisiana. Heavy rain could cause flooding which will make travel a problem. I know Saturday is a ways off, but the report says that this thing could move in Friday or Saturday.. Anyone heard anything on this matter?
Its supposed to be affecting New Orleans by Wednesday so I'm thinking it would have affected us much sooner than Wednesday. Having said that, we've honestly experienced little rain relative to what was expected up to this point so maybe all of this is overblown and we really don't see much at all moving forward.
The latest projections.
