on another note David Pindell is UConn's starting QB.

Landing Scott would be huge. However, he and Levi are very similar players.

He would have to sit a year but I can see their concern for plays.

I'd bet on Tulane. JC as an outside option.

This is the typical LSU recruiting playbook over the years. Get the best players in state even if the players are not a good fit; just as long as they don't sign with another state university. This backfired in the Curley days and the introduction of ESPN. May be getting ready to happen again...Harris, now Scott...players will notice and so will everyone else. Could be a down cycle coming to Refineryville.

WithTulane being in the mix on the first go around and the Tulane offensive style, think he could be headed there......we need to win and establish ourselves as the 2nd best sports program in all sports in our state......although this year was tough, we should be the top G5 in the South or vying for it every year....well at least our goal !!!

Huge swing and miss. Harris was an elite 11 qb, lsu was the only state school he even considered. Scott was committed to Syracuse when Miles got him onboard when they lost a qb commitment

Don't doubt for one second Saban and his recruiting coordinator have this in their recruiting playbook for the state of Louisiana (as does any top tier P5 program). Self inflicted.

He would fit in there very well. It will shake out very soon. Feel for the kid, allegedly had a Harvard offer, went to LSU and now staring at a possible JC route.
