I wonder if this is behavior that could have been anticipated in meeting the kid prior to recruiting, or the pressures of college life caused him to snap.

Of course he’s innocent until proven guilty. I’m always caught by surprise when these things occur. There are probably schools where an instance like this is not reported. Fans may not even pay attention because it’s happened before.

Innocent until proven guilty applies to legal system. That is not the case with the team. He was immediately dismissed.
