Clearly the pics are taken from the flat cement on top of the hill. Not talking about all the far fetched what ifs, just saying no harm in walking or riding a golf cart through a gate to look at progress on a turf installation.

For years there was no harm in people running laps, walking on the track, walking around cajun field, running stadiums, running gassers, athletes training, people taking pictures until someone ruined that for everyone. After you get sued, if you were the one sued, I bet you would consider all the what ifs on your property as well.

"knew" is inaccurate. He wasn't going watch practice, AND he provided pictures for the entirety of Russo Parks construction. So that being held up as an example is a bucket with holes in it.

Their liability carrier probably required them to take a more defensive stance. I'm still of the opinion it should be like a public park where you have to prove a negligence in normal care to successfully be allowed to sue for anything.

I'm not recommending free utilization of a public building but an open door with "closed" on it ... isn't closed.

They were all closed and locked. It's not a public building. Does your property have to be fenced and locked for people to not be allowed on it? Sign doesn't say this is a "closed door"...says "closed facility" and no unauthorized entry or something to that affect. Why are people concentrating on the entity that was wrongly sued and forced to put up these signs?

All facilities are closed facilities now, somebody went run stadiums and injured themselves and sued the university. Will be difficult to get into any facility that isn't already unlocked for university use...and without permission you will be trespassing.
