I'm banned until season starts........
There were hundreds probably thousands that used the facilities to excercise and 1 POS ruined it for everyone. If any of us were sued by a stranger trespassing on our property, we would feel a lot differently about the next stranger on our property. It sucks but I certainly understand where they are coming from.

Is there a public record of who this POS is?

No. Someone walking on the flat cement that is designed to get around Cajun field on feet is highly less likely to twist an ankle than someone walking through ruts and uneven ground. That wasn't a serious question right?

    What does POS stand for?

cajun field is flat? They removed all the steps? Hills? Ramps? What if someone drove their gold cart off the top? Was it you? Lafayette high is closed now as well for the same reason. Piece Of ___. This university hasn't been very luck with law suites..in particular athletics.

Clearly the pics are taken from the flat cement on top of the hill. Not talking about all the far fetched what ifs, just saying no harm in walking or riding a golf cart through a gate to look at progress on a turf installation.

"knew" is inaccurate. He wasn't going watch practice, AND he provided pictures for the entirety of Russo Parks construction. So that being held up as an example is a bucket with holes in it.

    "Wondered" is closer to reality.

    "Law Suites"

Are these next to the Press Box?

For years there was no harm in people running laps, walking on the track, walking around cajun field, running stadiums, running gassers, athletes training, people taking pictures until someone ruined that for everyone. After you get sued, if you were the one sued, I bet you would consider all the what ifs on your property as well.

These signs were just recently put up. I've ran stadiums until recently when I tried every gate at the stadium and track and they were all locked with a big sign that says "closed facility"

Their liability carrier probably required them to take a more defensive stance. I'm still of the opinion it should be like a public park where you have to prove a negligence in normal care to successfully be allowed to sue for anything.

I'm not recommending free utilization of a public building but an open door with "closed" on it ... isn't closed.
