If Lucas can improve the defense at a rate 1/3 of what he did after taking over in-season last year, the offense will not be nearly under the pressure they were last year to perform.

RB is the most promising corps outside of the WR position in the entire team. Depth, explosiveness, play making and versitile players, 4-5 deep.

Disagree on the RB position. That has and always will be a focal point in a Hud offense. Luckily I think we have enough talent there to get the job done. A healthy Callais along with Ragas (who i think is going to surprise a lot of people) will be a good 1-2 punch. Throw in Jordan wright and I think we should be good there.

I actually think Elijah Mitchell of Erath High will be one of our top freshman this year. RB is a position you can contribute greatly as a freshman and I am optimistic he will provide us with lots of highlights in his career.

I'm excited for this year just because the schedule is more interesting than last year and we had some embarrassing losses last year. Want to be there at Cajun field for the turnaround.

This season will 100% revolve around the QB's and their ability to utilize the excellent group of WR's we have.

The RB position will be an after thought in the gameplan until a leader emerges there.

No doubt that Coach Hall was brought in to save the patient on the operating table. Let's hope he can find some witch doctor magic in the swamp and give Davis a bionic arm in the process.

I do think the OC is a reason to be optimistic about this season.
