Louisiana's women's soccer team kicks off their Sun Belt Conference play on the road this weekend with two matches in Arkansas._ On Friday, Sept. 15, with the match starting at 4:00 p.m., the Cajuns travel to Jonesboro, Ark. to take on the Arkansas State Red Wolves and they'll wrap up their weekend on Sunday, Sept. 17 with a visit to Little Rock, Ark. to take on the Little Rock Trojans and that match starts at 1:00 p.m.

The Ragin' Cajuns got their Sun Belt Conference play off to an exciting start while earning three big road points here at Arkansas State when in the 94th minute after earning a penalty shot, freshman Una Einarsdottir calmly took to the spot and cleanly sent home the winning goal for the Cajuns to beat the Red Wolves 2-1 in overtime here at the A-State Soccer Complex.

Showing a flair for the dramatic and with two seconds left on the game clock, senior Haley Boroch sent the equalizing goal into the left corner and after two overtime periods the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns and Little Rock Trojans finished tied up at 1-1 allowing the Cajuns to escape with a huge road point here at the Coleman Sports and Recreation Complex.
