Thank you, wasn't sure why this was locked. Doesn't seem to controversial, but I could be wrong.

D'Anthony Batiste is somehow still playing. He's listed on Edmonton's practice squad, though I'm not sure how CFL practice squads work

Alouettes middle linebacker Dominique Tovell making big impression
    http://montrealgazette.com/sports/fo...big-impression

"He's the guy who has replaced the guy who was supposed to replace Bear Woods.

And if that comes as a surprise, it shouldn't. Dominique Tovell, after all, was once a victim of the football trifecta — released by three NFL teams. He originally signed with New Orleans as an undrafted free agent and also failed to stick with Atlanta and Detroit. But his resolve never wavered.

    ...

Tovell had every reason to believe it would take him to the NFL.

The Louisiana product — he attended the same school as fellow Als linebacker Kyries Hebert, albeit a decade later — was extremely productive in college and was considered the leader of the Ragin' Cajuns defence; a virtual one-man wrecking crew at times."
