Heck, I remember one fall semester, I had class on a day with this exact cenario. Except more rain. I remember it because I had two religion peddlers come to my door that afternoon, just always struck me as odd.

So if it rains and there's some wind tomorrow, everyone will be up in arms about having to go to campus. If you guess wrong, you lose. If you guess right, you still don't win because the general consensus is "well, they got one right, but usually get it wrong."
