They don't even quote the rule. I can't find anything that says the game must end by 11 PM in the rulebook

Apparently Prather was referencing a quote from an article done by Bruce Mikells. However Mikells says the "rules website" was down when he went to verify it.

I can't find a revision level on the manual that I am referencing however it was last updated in February of this year. I find it hard to believe that it would have changed since then.

Prather said an NCAA rep told Steve that yesterday at Tiger Park. So they're running that whole article off of hearsay instead of getting the NCAA rep on the record or quoting a rulebook.
