How did Utah get all the way up to 11?

If your poor finish and RPI ranking (#18) does not get you a national seed ... you can fall back on an 11-8 record vs. the RPI Top 25. The power conferences get multiple options ... whatever works.

I just don't understand the methodology. Minnesota at 12 and the Cajuns at 16 hit the road. James Madison sent to Baylor too with what I think was a 13 RPI.

I think we got the best draw out of the teams that got hosed, but this really stinks.
