Ahem ... on the bubble for a Top 8 national seed ... which yields the right to host a super regional if you advance from the regional round.

Seeds 1 - 8 are National Seeds. 8 would be a bubble National. They host a Super if they win their regional.

Seeds 9 - 16 are seeds. They only host a Super if the National Seed loses at Regional and they win their Regional.

McNeese is no pushover. LSU beat them 4-3 early in the season at Baton Rouge. The return trip to McNeese was rained out.

IF we get by McNeese on day one and beat LSU on Saturday it could make for an interesting rematch between McNeese and LSU in the losers bracket.
