    Same year.

He was free to talk on every other team and nothing prevented his making sure (by discussion) that no team got seeded higher than they deserved.

This effort would have properly slotted the Lady Cajuns without ever mentioning the Lady Cajuns.

Scott Farmer stated that the Cajuns were ranked properly. We're well rid of him.

    Brian?
We talked about it on Stevie's show this morning.

    Did both regional winners bid?

    1) If only one school bid, then that school will host.

    2) If both schools bid, then an evaluation of the stronger resume is conducted . and the stronger resume will host, provided the stronger resume meets the minimum bid requirements.

    3) If neither school bid, then both schools are offered the chance to bid. Go back to #1 above.

Do you think the sec perfect tournament storm so to speak, that led to two extra hosts and assuming bumped minnesota was done on purpose?

Meaning Florida and others falling down so Ole Miss could win? No.

And it only led to one extra host (Ole Miss).

So it should be a slam dunk for the Cajuns over Georgia. Agree?

This will be what determines the Cajuns ending their season in BR or playing in Oklahoma City. No pressure, Alex

Id like to see the bids. Georgia is perfectly caspable of hosting but they dont really have a ",hostile" crowd. Have no idea if we would win bid against them, but i wouldnt be scared to play there

If the selection committee evaluated Georgia to have a stronger resume than the Cajuns, then the entire system would need to be blown up. This would not sit well with the softball fan.

Are we in the SEC? Would we have beaten the higher seed? Ole Miss "came out of nowhere" to claim the #12 overall seed. If Georgia put in a bid, and we both win our respective regionals, load up the bus for Athens.

    Jmo.

    What a burger.

    Yes.

But you are not trying to imply that Tennessee threw that game? That would be ridiculous. They were on the bubble for a national seed.

Alabama and Kentucky were the last two national seeds from the SEC.

The bid amounts are irrelevant, provided the minimum bid requirements are met . then it is about merit.

First you say bids, then bids are irrelevant? I dont think there are any bids
