You missed a key piece of her bio....Before Conference USA, Dunlap spent over two years as the Director of Compliance at the University of Arkansas where she performed numerous compliance duties including participation reports, compliance reviews, National Letters of Intent and SEC Special Assistance Fund. While at Arkansas, she was also responsible for many event management functions, including Lady Razorback Orientation, various SEC Championships, and the 2003 and 2004 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
does track and field wear "eye black"???.... Lol. Wouldnt tebow rule apply to all sports?
Any change in the rpi? We played 43 i believe, they played 201? (A very underrated 201??)
As I have mentioned prior ... because the NCAA does not release the detailed RPI reports until selection time, we only have the prior year's bonus/penalty constants to use as estimates for the current year. Sometimes they change the next year, sometimes they do not.
For 2017, the NCAA Softball board reverted to a previously used set of constants ... a minor difference from 2016. The new constants ...
RPI rankings used for bonus/penalty purposes are base RPI rankings, not Adjusted RPI rankings (which would not be possible).
Win vs. NC Base RPI Top 25 -> .00260 (from .00280 in 2016)
Win vs. NC Base RPI 26-50 -> .00195 (from .00210 in 2016)
Win vs. NC Base RPI 51-75 -> .00130 (from .00140 in 2016)
Loss vs. NC Base RPI Bottom 25 -> -.00260 (from -.00280 in 2016)
Loss vs. NC Base RPI Bottom 26-50 -> -.00195 (from -.00210 in 2016)
Loss vs. NC Base RPI Bottom 51-75 -> -.00130 (from -.00140 in 2016)

Thanks!
Sorry to nitpick, but i cant be only one who thinks this sounds odd... I promise im wearing my hat...
"Because the NCAA does not release the detailed RPI reports until selection time"
The Nitty Gritty and Team Details reports are released weekly. There are additional (supplemental) reports released at selection time and after the WCWS that have the additional information required to determine (short of guessing and calculating until you get it correct) the bonus/penalty constants used to determine the Adjusted RPI (from the Base RPI). It is that simple.
