I think there is somewhere on ragincajuns.com where you can sign up for email alerts. I just don't remember where that is.
My big issues are more efficient entry into reserved parking (checking passes/etc.) and use of both sides of the gate for entry into the game when it's about to start... especially on the Bertrand side... They only use half of the available gate space and they could easily allow more people in at one time...
Paid parking and tailgating.

My complaint along these lines is the cold stale humidity damaged popcorn. Has to be popped and boxed the night before where it acts as a dehumidifier. Outright fraud to package in a box labeled as fresh popcorn- day old dank corn. Hot roasted peanuts and a cold draft beer are hard to beat though.
