The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns golf team finished the first day of the 2017 Sun Belt Men's Golf Championship in eighth place with an 18-hole score of 12-over par (296) on Sunday at the par-71, 6,900-yard course Raven Golf Club at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
