You know this is a message board and everyone has a right to an opinion... I've heard nothing of Robe wanting to hang it up and if anyone suggests a change is needed... well I'll just not comment further... geez

I'm NOT saying Robe needs to go or hang it up... Focused on JT here. There isn't a bigger Robe fan than me. My wife jokingly calls him my boyfriend... LOL. I could listen to that man talk all day everyday and be happy.

Interesting that the Advertiser reports that replays showed Monica was safe at home in the 4th inning. Says replays showed LSU catcher never tagged him. Not sure if Monica was sent home or not but replays showed he was safe anyway and the call was blown by the home plate umpire.

Coincidently the same bad umpire that blew the call at first base on the "foul" ball at Coastal.

Funny you say that. I thought he missed the tags as well. But the throw beat him there and it looked like her got the tag down when it happened live. Wasn't til the replays did I question if the tag was made.

Either way, no reason to be sent home right there (if he was sent).

Cool.. sorry I misunderstood.... I just remember a few years ago during some rather lean years there was a drum beat that the "game had passed him by"... I too have a man crush on him

I was at the game and it appeared that the ball was through the infield.. at least from my perspective... the guy just made a heckofa play... Eyeballing it I thought Monica had jumped over the tag
