Thanks.
Thanks.
ICYMI: Here's our first interview of the season with Coach Robe. Stevie P. and I also discuss Cajuns softball in the second hour.
Good interview Ian. By the way, I loved the way you called the game Thursday night. You have some really good game calling abilities.
Both Coach Robe and Coach Gerry Glasco joined me on the show today. Robe is in hour 1; Glasco, hour 2.
Thanks
I wonder what he will have to say this morning.
Ran into a hot arm, had a chance to win it, let it slip away
That's a lot of hot arms lately. Ppl should really do their research on teams and maybe then they wouldn't be so let down if they did. This team has been horrible at the plate since day one of practice. The coaches knew it. They don't have anyone on staff that can teach hitting. Jace included. Just listen to what Robe said. "Getting barrel above ball"....that equals stupid and he needs to stop listening to bab and talbot on anything that has to do with a bat.
A lotta platitudes, not many solutions.
Tony Hudspeth will just give us a motivation speech tell he wants to win more than us and then go out and do the same dam thing
Robe has spent 30+ years as a pitching guru coaching guys on ways to miss bats with balls. Without a good hitting coach to counteract this, it's only natural that this team is this good at missing balls with bats.
Trying to channel my inner Turbine. How'm I doing?
Tony’s pitching philosophy is to stay from the 3 run inning, but on the flip side of that he does try for 3 run inning offensively by sac bunting.
