I think this is great for Eli. The Jets backfield was getting really crowded which is why they had to cut him. Not much behind Chubb so he could settle in at the #2 until we see what happens with Kareem Hunt after week 8.

Not sure what your point is , but Baldwin, Bustle and Stokely always had more than 1 active player in the league at any given time
