I am guessing only RPI effect of the tie is that we get Coastal Carolina contribution to our OWP and OOWP one more (a third) time.

That is my guess. If that is wrong, what is the way a tie impacts the RPI? After the tie, does Coastal only contribute OWP x 2 and OOWP x 2? That would stink. I think we want their OWP and OOWP x 3.
