Don't know if I told you but spoke to a lady at the NCAA stats group and they aren't worried about some info until the end of the year (attendance being one). They have a system that teams can input the data from games but mistakes are made and they don't have the personnel to keep timely info.

I have seen this surface ... in fact it did in the baseball RPI this season (early). They had some game results that were wrong, producing a faulty RPI report. It was corrected within a couple of days.

I asked about attendance figures which seemed way out of wack to me but they weren't concerned about that during the season.

I've never noticed the baseball attendance numbers to be far off on the NCAA report. Softball is way off though (all the doubleheaders)

After watching that video, I think I'll take making a road trip to St. Peter's off of my "bucket list"!

The question I have is, how the heck do you recruit to that??! Do they form the team from open tryouts from the student body, or do you just sign up for the team at freshman orientation?

To field a 35 man roster they do both.

I'm sure some of the guys on the roster may have not gotten any better offers and wanted to continue to play. And St. Peter's gave them that opportunity

Offers as in financial offers? I am wondering if there are actual baseball scholarships there. The roster only totals 23 players.

Well, either financial or otherwise. Just meant that St. Peter's was their only chance to continue playing the game.
