BA does not have us in the field of 64 as of the predictions today. South Al is the the "next 4" to get in. CC is the automatic qualifier for the Belt. I realize that predictions don't mean much, but they don't see our RPI to be good enough

Yes. Poor scheduling, lack of consistent hitting has certainly put our backs to the wall. Win conference tourney is only sure bet.

D1baseball.com does have Cajuns in - as an at-large. So we are close. Gotta take care of business down the stretch in the regular season then show decent in the tournament. I think we'll be OK. Definitely need to win at least 2/3 McNeese, Texas, LA Tech remaining mid-week games. Sweep series that we should sweep (Little Rock and ULM) and win remaining series.

How does the weighting work for a neutral site game work. Does that count as a road game for both schools or does it could as an even 1 for both schools?

GoneGolfin can clarify or correct, but I think of it this way. Playing on the road win gets you a .3 bonus. When you win, the win gets you 1.3 wins (+1.0 + 0.3 = 1.3) while a road loss gets you 0
.7 wins (-1.0 + 0.3 = -.7). I works the same at home but with the bonus being a -0.3.
