I'm guessing it has something to do with a Summer Courses clearing house.

Looks like the kid played in 5 games at Tennessee in 2015 before going to Navarro JC in 2016.

Not bad....I hope this can create a recruiting pipeline into Cedar Hill, they are loaded every year.
