Well, although we should not have, we lost part one in a shack. In a few weeks we will win part two.....in a palace.

I don't care what their fans use to refer to our school....I expect that. I have an enormous problem when their Sports Information office refers to our University as "Lafayette" and deliberately uses a Lafayette Lepards Logo, as posted earlier on another thread, to represent our University and then consistently uses "Lafayette" over its PA system last night. Our University has never disrespected the Bulldog program when their teams visit us. Our programs, Coaches and players should be accorded the same treatment by their University....

How on earth can you consider yourselves professional if your athletic dept. deliberately pulls a stunt like that? I'd be ashamed if UL did that to another program. I'd be flat out embarrassed for my university. No excuses now to ever show any ounce of respect to that school. Jesus, you have a team that does well 2 years out of 20 and all of the sudden you're the Yankees? Get over yourselves. You're a Mickey Mouse operation that will never have any semblance of respect or sussess that we've had on the diamond at Louisiana. We play the game right, our university handles themselves with class and dignity and our coach is legend and teaches our guys the proper way to conduct themselves of the field and on the community. Not risking a young man's health and career by throwing him umpteen pitches for a mid week contest that constitutes your World Series. Good luck getting there, btw.

Maybe we'll take the high road and not remind Tech they named their baseball board on barfs and bytes after a man that commited a murder/sucide. So it's no suprise these ars hats went the leopard way.
