I'd like to see us start a yearly weekend series with the necksters.

Pinny is in a groove right now. Great to see Kennon raking, and Kasuls hit some balls on the button today. Also Monica had productive ABs. I think Sensley needs to sit awhile. He is an absolute liability in RF and he is not having good ABs. Troubling to say the least.

I was actually impressed with St. Peter's today. They know (now) how out gunned they are, but they came out to win today.

I am wondering how long before Pinny gets the call for the 3 or 4 hole. Sensley not striking out like he used to but his BA is now around .200. Good to see Robins coming around too.

It is the drop of the Cajuns' RPI itself and specifically the SOS component (2/3 OWP and 1/3 OOWP). Immediately after adding last night's game, the Cajuns' SOS dropped from .5934 to .5613 ... partly because it is early and partly because you are adding a .0000 and another very low number to the mix (.2731 before last night's results).
Adding in today's game dropped the Cajuns' SOS from .5613 to .5268 (#104). RPI drops to .5640.

SOS dropping from .5934 to .5268 is brutal.

Meanwhile, the Sun Belt OWP contribution to the Cajuns' RPI is still below .5000 entering play today at .4997. .5000 is not a healthy mark. The Sun Belt teams OOC contribution to the Cajuns' OWP was a solid .53840 last season. This ... in conjunction with the Cajuns' #1 NC OWP and #40 OOWP (#7 NC RPI) got them to #15 in the country last season.

Good news locally for UL RPI. SLU takes the UNO series 8/0, 8/3.
