In 6 games, she went 9-15, 6 HR, 2 doubles, 4 walks, and 15 RBIs.

Incredible week. That makes 2 national players of the week so far this year. It proves the softball team does not rebuild but reloads every year. Considering the offensive production we lost from last year, I thought the offensive production would be way down. Lexie Comeaux hardly played last year and she has stepped in for Lexie Elkins quit nicely. One day I will learn that Mike Lotief will always have adequate (and sometimes superior) hitters to what he has lost.

College Sports Madness is fairly new and not really recognized as one of the top softball awards. That being said all recognition is good.
