To all you that understand computers and what they are capable of doing. Is this a problem with the browser or RP site? When I get the red site saying there is a problem, I check details and than the go "visit unsafe site". Is this unsafe to do? I am using Google. IE works OK but it is crappy at best.

No your good to visit. The issue is with some internal issues with RP that Turbine is addressing.
