Dumb Question: I have never used radio pup, but I downloaded it today to listen to the game during drive time. Does the time count as data or phone (in terms of charges) for ATT? If it is data, does it gobble up a lot of data charges?

Yes it's data if you're not on a wifi connection. I honestly don't know what the data rate is typically

for how often it freezes up, even on wifi, it better not gobble up too much

Did a quick test. Ran it and checked usage for a few minutes. Averages out to just under 40 MB an hour
