Something of a surprise. Ball State knocks off DePaul, 5-2 in the first game of the tournament. The Cardinals are trailing Southern Mississippi, 6-1 in the bottom of the 6th. USM lost at McNeese last night, 4-1.

Alex should pitch the first game. Haley, DJ and Kara should be locked in at 2B, SS & 3B. Aleah should be in CF. I'm not sure if Miranda will be at C, 1B or DH. Brittany should catch if Miranda doesn't. Kassidy and Kelli will likely be the other outfielders. Kourtney should be at 1B if Miranda isn't.
