I do, several people including the coaches...we have recruits that come on trips here who don't want to come because of the crowd. Some guys just can't do it with the lights on and in front of thousands of people...just like there are some guys who look like ___ at practice but get it done when the lights come on...everyone performs differently under pressure...going from an empty stadium to a full one is a whole different kind of pressure.

You sir are on the money and present a huge decision that coaches have to make---my daughter's piano teacher told her before a recital that they were all gonna be nervous in front of the crowd---BUT they could choose whether to have GOD or BAD nerves---also the situations can put added pressure

score tied and your EP or FG changes score early in the game---same situation but the kick wins it

behind and your EP or FG ties it

behind and your EP or FG wins it---same hold true in baseball situations!!! make practice as real as possible and at least the player has an idea of the pressure----love audio sounds use in these situations like the winning FT in Basketball!!!

If this team is so loaded then why the weak pre conference schedule...The SUN WORST isn't going to help our RPI except for Coastal Carolina...check out TECH's pre conference schedule and you wonder why they beat us twice last year...better prepared for the tough games at the end of the season...Please ask Babs about the rumor going around that the NCAA is coming to town to look into the russo FUNNY $$$ and alleged free housing and meals for players???

Any plans on replacing the scoreboards on the brick wall? Are they required or is it just for advertising money? I would think a small video board would be a big improvement. The electrical for them is a trip hazard. At least one person a game trips on it. I bring a chair that is a little taller than the ones provided so my wife can see over them. Also haven't been able to catch a foul grounder since they have been installed.

Is it harder for a coach with a team made up of mostly juniors and seniors to get them to listen than a team made up of mostly freshman and sophomores?
