    We got a preferred walk-on, Andre Nunez, who's already on campus and will be taking part in spring drills:

    He looks smaller than 6'2", 210. His mechanics are not the best. Big wind-up for the majority of his throws...drops the ball to waist level. Good feet, looks quick and poised.

    What you say is true, but it also looks like he is comfortable throwing the ball inside the hash marks. He timing looks good.

    You'd like to think if the kid is good enough to start for the Cajuns some D1 would have offered him a scholarship.
