Lady Cajuns makes comprehension better.

Days with "Ragin' Cajuns win" and "Ragin' Cajuns lose" confuse me.

If they feel compelled to throw in "women" then I'd just prefer the strong identity of the Lady Cajuns brand.

I can see an obvious difference; don't need to put gender. If this were the men, a meltdown about the coaching would be taking place here on RP after blowing the lead and being outscored 2 to 1 in the second half.

There is no doubt that same naming waters down both programs. Last week the Advertiser covered both programs in a single article. The Lady Cajuns used to always get their own articles.

Not a good idea, IMO. There is no such thing as Men's Basketball. There is basketball and women's basketball.

If you know the players you know the gender of the team. If you know the schedule you probably know the gender of the team.
