Div 3 is not limited by restriction of not being allowed to contact recruit until summer before Jr. Year. What happens if that coach is then hired by d1 but had a number of previously contactEd recruits?

I could see same thing happening with that new semipro league. Those coaches could have a shadow type recruiting class built to "go pro" but then could get hired by d1 and slide the class to the school in essence.

An unemployed coach I'm guessing would also not have any restrictions placed on who they could contact either, and then get hired by d1 with a sort of prebuilt class
