Evangeline Parish - Children's hour, February 20, at Arboretum
Children are invited to a fun program on Saturday, February 20, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the Louisiana State Arboretum in Ville Platte.
Join the site naturalist to learn all about Louisiana’s state crustacean, the crawfish. Participants will also have an opportunity to create an art project to take home with them.
“Children’s Hour is devoted to educating our youth about our natural environment and history through fun, hands-on activities,” said Kim Hollier, site naturalist.
