Bummed. I was surprised and encouraged by his play in limited minutes. Especially at UNO. Thought he had several impact plays in that game.

Assuming he thought he'd get lost in the deck. For the record, I thought his minutes to this point had been better than Stalcup's minutes.

I think that potential starter is already on the bench in Jakeenan Grant. I think this opens up the chance to get another freshman in next year besides Russell to spread out the roster a little bit.

I agree; I thought he had definitely played better this year than any previous year.

This must be a timing thing; transfer out between semesters so he won't lose all of next year.

They were. He even started several games although his minutes were not indicative of a starter. I thought he showed signs as well in that UNO game and showed that he could help us out on the boards and score down low when called upon. Sucks to lose a big but not much we can do about it.
