The Ragin’ Cajuns faced plenty of it Saturday night at the Superdome, but it had nothing to do with trying to avoid a second straight losing season or attempting to win the same postseason game – the New Orleans Bowl – for the fifth time in sixth years.

Rather, pressure was the primary reason Southern Mississippi was able to beat UL 28-21 and end the Cajuns’ 2016 campaign at 6-7.
