That is why Bama is so hard to beat. When you have a flawless game plan because the actual coaches coach and consultants do everything else.

    It's a huge competitive advantage.
The Tide makes so much money for the NCAA that they can pretty much do what they want as long as they don't embarrass them.

A few teams have comparable talent but not close to the depth that bama has. I'm sure Cajun T would agree that Bama brings in higher number of elite athletes, i.e. Future top round draft picks than any other team. I also agree that they are extremely well coached, but it all begins with bringing in the big dogs.

And, according to an Alabama alum I used to work with, opening the checkbook when necessary. The NCAA has a conflict of interest between enforcement and knowing who their cash cows are.

So what is thw solution for teams like that to have such unfair adv over teams like us, more money isnt the answer if you are spending it on illegal things

And sorry something glitched and duplicated thread
What Alabama is doing is not illegal. It should be, as it frees up their coaches to coach more and recruit more effectively, but until the NCAA starts counting ghost staff as coaches, anyone with enough money can do what they do.

But if they are talking to players and recruits then it does become illegal, how do we know they arent?
