Yes number 0 with the bright orange shoes was lighting it up from three point land. We should have worked the clock a little better down the stretch. Our defense was relentless, we stole the ball a whole lot. We were quicker than they were. We looked long enough but when they put in that seven foot guy it made us look kind of undersized. A good win, lets keep it going.

Nice team win. I love having 5 players in double figures. Everyone contributes. Love the defense!! Also encouraging is they didnt crack when they went from up big to a single digit lead then back to the big lead and still hung on at the end and finished strong. Geaux Cajuns!

I am curious, who many games have we had this young season where more than 3 players have scored in double digits? Seems like a reoccurring theme...

Found it. 7 of 10 games saw 4 or more go double. 9 of 10 saw at least 3 score double figures. 8-2 record. Not bad..

Thanks. I saw it in my file last night. Now the election season is over and her ilk have their drawers knotted up, thought I'd roll her angry ars out.

Could pass for a transgender Dennis the Menance. Or a Rustoain redneck yelling "They didn't say at Lafayette!!!!"

I'll happily admit that this team is easily exceeding my expectations.
I give a world of credit to Boykin's performance last night. That is one of the best shooting performance i have seem in a long time. Particularly impressive was the fact he made most of those while being guarded well. While plenty of folks have said the team may do better than expected, i am still waiting on all the recruiting experts to say that perhaps PJ Hardy was not such a bad signing after all. Note, I never said we would have a good season or that Hardy would contribute as a freshman. I simply said i do not know what will occur and it was unfair to assume the worst without giving guys a chance. In a way that approach helped as the guys knew many of you were not expecting much and took it as a challenge. We have some great kids on the team and it is good to ser people who work hard enjoy success. I am still wondering how they will respond when tough times come and you know they will. Many of you will fault the staff when that happens but that is not important. How the guys on the team react to adversity determine their season.

They were talking plenty of that ____ in the stands. Had a drunk cajun fan in front of us call one of them out and challenge to fight when they started making their big run. Pretty funny and not bad entertainment.

Mike, he played well but he's also a freshman and lets give him some time before determining either way how good of a signing he was. He's going to be up and down this season and that should be expected. He didn't play particularly well against McNeese but played well last night. Also, I'd like to see him take more of a handle of the offense at PG behind Jay. He's being used primarily as a spot up shooter right now but want to see him run the show a little more.
