I honestly expect 5,000+ for tomorrow night's game against Tech. With the opponent and the recent streak, cajundome renovations and excitement with a young team I'm expecting to see a great crowd.

Should we do an attendance thread for it? Where is Dre?

I would be shocked at less than 5,000 tomorrow night. I also wouldn't be surprised if there were 6,000

    Same here.

I haven't been this excited about cajun basketball since the "Fear the Beard" year. I know we've had a couple of special players come through here since that year but that year just carried a certain excitement that is very similar to this year's team. I didn't renew my basketball season tickets because of my lack of interest in what Marlin was doing here but I kind of wish I did to be honest.

Christmas functions may impact attendance. I'm going with more than 7K less than 3K. In other words I'm totally guessing.

    FIFY.

But yes, I agree. The attendance should be great when we thrash those mangy mutts!

Well, i think the barometer is tomorrow night. If we have 4,000 show up, I'd say Bob can complain and I wouldn't have a problem with it. There is no reason not to have 5,000+ tomorrow.

I will be there my first game of the year.

I know a good bit of first timers and returning fans that plan to be there Saturday. I'll be disappointed if we don't surpass 5500x, at least. I think 6500 is possible.

Either way, looking forward to some decent competition and a great atmosphere.

    - 7 game win streak
    - Saturday night
    - New Cajundome
    - We are playing Tech

Anything less than 5800 will be disappointing IMO
