99 percent sure its only before game. And I think 15, which they probably wont fully use because its only 2 weeks. But I may be wrong on either/both

Great question. It warrants research. Im sure its controlled on the NCAA level and not by the conference. Ill look later

NCAA limits the number of days you have for practice.

Actually no, the point is whatever the max allowed is the max allowed.it Doesnt matter when your game is.if you are in the national championship and you use the max in the first 2 weeks.your team sits until the game.asking "what about this day.what about this day.what about this day is dumb. If you play early game and dont use them alloh well.

Sorry, there is no 15 day practice limit for bowls, only for spring.

So you can practice all you want before the bowl and you get an extra 15 days in the spring.
