Yep. I'd trust the judgement of just Robe, Hollis and Alden alone on the candidate, and have Daigle's input for contract negotiation.

He's not ready to give up his spot as head baseball coach, and I'm perfectly fine with that.

Yes, he would probably make a really good AD.
