I agree, we need to get someone who can think out of the (UL) box. We need a dynamic adminstrator who can bring the programs to the next level. There may be a person caable of that on campus, but I do not think they are ready for this challenge. We need someone who can look at the programs wit an independent eye. This cannot be a "learn as you go" job. Whoever gets it must be ready to ove forward.

I like the idea of coaches, especially long-term guys being involved. Maybe not with the final decision but certainly want Tony and Mikes input. Their love for UL earns them that.

Can't state enough how excited I am that Coach Robe is involved in this process. And even more excited that Mike Alden seems to be leading this charge. This is great news, to be sure.
