I'm going to wager that one of the first things he does will be to do something with our media rights (if possible). Getting funding for the football renovation while he's got good will behind him independent of the product on the field would be a good idea as well. Work with Harris, grow the donor base.

I'm guessing he has a heart to heart with the head football coach sometime before the end of the year.
