UM guy's bio reads just like Terry Don Phillip's did when we hired him. Terry Don Philips also had a PHD and a similar bio, that is not a bad thing.

Would be interesting to read the resumes of the top candidates. The info included in the links listed here in this thread can't be all that was submitted by the applicants.
